The Organizing Committee has agreed advantageous rates in the following hotels for the participants.
To ensure your hotel accomodation, please complete the Hotel Reservation in the Registration Form and return by July 31 2004.
No reservation will be guaranteed after this date.
Upon receiving your Hotel Registration a confirmation letter will be sent to you that will allow you to check in to the Hotel. After October 10 2004, please contact the hotel directly for any changes to the reservation.
